Srushti Deshmukh is beginning preparations for the UPSC exam in her third year of engineering degree. During her graduation she wondered if she was able to be satisfied working in an engineering position. Then, she realized that her dream was civil services and started to focus on this. She believes that focusing only on the work at hand is essential to pass this test. She set out to make it through the test with ease, and she put in lots of hours.
